I must have filled the self care question incorrectly. I have no problems at all with self care and should have had the maximum score. Light bulb changing Is a very irregular activity. I should have selected a more regular activity for monitoring

Unfortunately it is not possible to alter your answers once they have been submitted. The best thing to do is to complete another test if it is not too much trouble.
